The Sami, Roma, Swedish speaking Finns and immigrants have to be supported in preserving and creatively renewing their own culture. To get services in one’s own language is of central importance.
The state support for sports should stress facilities that are available to everyone and possibilities to exercise in nature.
The youth need more possibilities to influence their own local environment and society at large.
